As we progress toward the end of the rehab and addition, our project in Walnut Creek is almost ready to go up for sale. For a recap, the home started at 2435 square feet, and we are expanding it with approximately 1900 square feet that will bring the total conditioned living space to approximately 4300 square feet (buyer to verify). This addition expands the back of the house to capture more conditioned living space upstairs for the living room and kitchen, the lower level to create a primary suite and on the side of the house to create a home theater/bedroom.
The house is less than a mile walk into thriving downtown Walnut Creek, it’s in the highly rated Walnut Creek School District and has numerous 3500+ square foot new builds and renovations happening throughout the neighborhood. The neighborhood of Walnut Knolls is very similar to the neighborhoods of South Walnut Creek and Tice Valley regarding home prices and desire. Walnut Knolls even has a community pool and recreation center that has an optional membership for residents.
